In this modern western, “Whispering Meadows” is a sweeping interracial family drama that juxtaposes the urban world of politics with the rural world of breeding prized horses. The life of a young black lawyer, Jackson Ross, is turned upside-down when he discovers he is the illegitimate son of a prominent white politician. He is thrust into a territory where social, ethics, and finances collide and he must fit in with his 2 new brothers and sister. The Ranch is destroyed in a questionable fire. The family comes together… sometimes loving, sometimes explosive. The dust settles in “Whispering Meadows”…which holds the secret of their lives.
